It is possible for thoughts to flow through our minds on whether God has forgotten us especially when things are not looking the way they should and the negative trend has protracted for a long time.  One may have even engaged in all kinds of spiritual exercise as much as one knows and one is able but things refused to change.  The good news is that God has vowed never to forget us.  The bible says:

“Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the LORD hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted. But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me. Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.” – Isaiah 49:13-16

It is naturally difficult for a woman to forget her sucking child, but it is possible for a woman that is between life and death to forget her sucking child.  Some years ago, there was a situation of a friend’s wife that was delivered of a baby boy through Cesarean Section.  The woman went into coma shortly after delivery and she had to be manually moved from one room to another (in an hospital and a country where technology was relatively low).  She regained consciousness after some hours and had forgotten that she was pregnant or gave birth not because she was mean but because she was (herself) between life and death.

Brethren, no matter what, God has vowed never to forget us.  He assured us by His action of engraving us in the palm of His hands and placing our pictures and names continually before Him.  Imagine that your name and picture is “KIV” (Keep In View) before God at all times.  This is enough to keep one dancing all day.  It is not just that God has not forgotten us and will not forget us; He has made it impossible for Himself to forget us.

Friends, the God of all possibility has not forgotten and will never forget you.  He is ever mindful of you.  Throw all your cares upon Him.  Trust Him.  Obey Him.  Whatever He tells you to do, do it with all joy.  Whatever is confronting you now can only change for the better.  I make bold to say to you that better days are ahead of you.

If you are reading this and you have not received Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Savior, the best time to give your life to Him is now!  He cares for you.  He has prepared help for you all through your life here on earth and mansions for you to reign with Him in eternity.

It is not a risk casting your cares upon Him; it is a risk trying to carry your cares by yourself because you cannot handle them at all!
